Park County News and Information
USS Park County, LST 1077 was first commissioned in May, 1945. Park County saw service in WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. Here you will find many stories, photographs and articles contributed by sailors who manned the Park County during her various services in the United States Navy. Park County Reunion Planned! The reunion has been posted on the Glynn Q. Lane Jr., Captain of the USS Park County beginning in July, 1968 passed away on Friday, May 27th 2005. |
